We do not provide certification as a follow-up to our own consultancy or conduct assessments as a follow-up to our own training. Decisions are supported by documented safeguards and a complaints and appeals process available to clients.

LOT Internacional S.A.C. is a conformity assessment body accredited under three ISO/CASCO standards. Each scope has its own INACAL registration number.

We keep management system certification, certification of persons and testing activities separate. We do not certify following our own consultancy or assess following our own training.
Every decision is supported by documented impartiality safeguards, confidentiality and a complaints and appeals process available to every client.

Only ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 37001 are covered by INACAL registration No. OCSG-005. For any other standard, we explain the applicable certification pathway in writing before the contract is signed.
